Hotel Management - Level 4

Course content

The Diploma in Hotel Management is accredited by the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH). It aims to provide students with a broad understanding of the operational aspects of the international hotel industry, and a knowledge of the underlying principles involved.

You will study the following 10 modules:

Food and Beverage Operations Food, Hygiene, Health and Safety Front Office Operations Housekeeping and Accommodation Operations Finance for Hospitality and Tourism Business Operations in Hospitality and Tourism Marketing for Tourism and Hospitality The Tourism Industry Business Computing The Global Hospitality Industry

How the course is assessed.

Each of the modules has a two and a half hour examination, set and marked externally by CTH.

Length of course - 12 months

Entry requirements - Good English language competence, IELTS band 5.0
